WEBSITE INFORMATION
Terms & Conditions
Draft website conditions describing the limited role of website information and individual commercial agreements.
This page is a draft and requires legal review before publication.
LEGAL / REVIEWThese website terms are not a substitute for legal advice. Neptune Miners must confirm the contracting entity, jurisdiction, commercial role, liability language and regulatory wording with counsel before publication.
1. Website information
This website provides general information about Neptune Miners Private Limited and possible business enquiries. It does not constitute a binding offer, price quotation, acceptance of material or commitment to purchase, source or process an item.
2. Enquiries and acceptance
Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract or guarantee acceptance, purchase, price, service availability, recovery result or downstream outcome. Any opportunity is reviewed individually against its specification, quantity, condition, source, commercial feasibility, partner capability and applicable requirements.
3. Scope and third-party activities
Neptune's role may involve sourcing, commercial evaluation, trading, brokerage or transaction coordination. Physical recovery, refining, refurbishment, secure data services, regulated handling, transport or recycling may be performed by suitable third-party providers where applicable. The responsible parties and scope must be stated in the relevant written transaction agreement.
4. Permissions and regulatory responsibilities
No website statement or partner relationship grants regulatory authorisation. Each party remains responsible for the permissions and obligations applicable to its own activities. Collection Centre Partner Programme participation does not itself authorise collection, receipt, storage, transport, dismantling, processing or recycling of regulated waste.
5. Commercial terms
Where an opportunity proceeds, the parties should document material specifications, acceptance criteria, pricing basis, inspection or testing, logistics, payment terms, records, risk allocation and each party's responsibilities in a separate written agreement.
6. Accuracy and updates
Content is provided in good faith and may change as business scope and partner arrangements develop. Material descriptions are indicative and do not establish that a category can automatically be accepted or handled.
7. Governing terms and review
The governing law, dispute process, limitation language, intellectual property terms and contact details require review by Indian legal counsel and must be completed before publication. Do not rely on this draft as final legal terms.
