BUSINESS OVERVIEW
IT assets reviewed for suitable next steps.
Asset condition, completeness, ownership, data requirements and provider capability shape possible routes.
ASSETS & CUSTOMER NEEDS
Assessment and commercial routing for corporate IT assets, from inventory review and potential acquisition to provider-led reuse, refurbishment, data services or end-of-life handling.
Corporate IT, procurement, finance and facilities teams, asset owners, businesses managing refresh or site closure, and organisations with business, personal or regulated data on equipment.
NEPTUNE'S COORDINATION ROLE
Neptune can review inventories, coordinate indicative valuation and discuss suitable buyers or service providers. Refurbishment, recycling and secure data services are provider-led unless a direct capability is separately verified and agreed.
ASSET REVIEW & ROUTING
Document inventory, ownership, condition, completeness, location and data requirements; assess possible buyer or provider routes; agree scope, evidence and hand-offs; then reconcile the transaction.
DATA REQUIREMENTS & LIMITS
Share asset type, make and model, configuration, quantity, condition, ownership and location. Provide serial data only where appropriate, plus data classification, sanitisation standard, evidence needs and service-provider constraints where relevant.
Initial valuation is indicative; final value depends on inspection, condition, completeness, demand and agreed scope. An enquiry is not a purchase commitment. Neptune does not claim to perform secure data destruction or sanitisation directly unless separately verified and agreed.
