PHYSICAL PARTNER NETWORK

Collection Centre Partner Programme.

A proposed commercial programme for established informal recycling shops with physical premises and relevant experience. Participation is considered only after verification, site-specific assessment, commercial discussion and review of applicable requirements.

A collection point is not automatically a recycling, dismantling or processing facility. Participation does not confer regulatory authorisation.

PARTNERS / 01

THE PROGRAMME CONCEPT

A physical sourcing relationship with defined boundaries.

The programme is intended to explore commercial relationships with existing shops that have premises and relevant operating experience. A partner may identify potential material opportunities, share material information or participate in approved sourcing arrangements under agreed terms.

Neptune may provide commercial sourcing opportunities, suitable buyer relationships, material-evaluation support, transaction coordination and partner procedures, subject to final scope and capabilities.

WHO MAY APPLY

Established businesses with a real, assessable site.

The programme is designed for businesses with relevant experience and a physical operating location—not for one-time or unverified material offers.

01

Physical premises

An identifiable business location that can be reviewed for the proposed activity.

02

Relevant experience

Experience with the material categories or commercial activities being discussed.

03

Open verification

Willingness to share business details and participate in a site and requirements review.

04

Clear responsibilities

Ability to define what the partner may do, what Neptune may coordinate and what each party must arrange independently.

HOW THE PROCESS WORKS

Six steps from application to partner review.

No operating activity begins simply because an application has been submitted.

01

Initial application

Share business details, premises city, relevant experience and the commercial role of interest. Do not send identity documents through the public form.

02

Business verification

Neptune may review the business, ownership and contact details and request appropriate supporting information through a suitable process.

03

Site and regulatory assessment

Premises, current activities, local requirements, material categories and proposed responsibilities are assessed for the specific site and model.

04

Commercial discussion

Discuss sourcing opportunities, buyer needs, material evaluation, coordination responsibilities and commercial terms without assuming fixed fees or guaranteed purchases.

05

Agreement and onboarding

If there is a fit, record scope, permitted activities, records, escalation routes and each party's obligations before any activity begins.

06

Ongoing review

Partner relationships may be reviewed as requirements, site activity, material streams and provider capabilities change.

POSSIBLE PARTNER ACTIVITIES

Activities are defined by the final model and applicable requirements.

  • Identify potential material opportunities.
  • Share material and source information.
  • Participate in approved sourcing arrangements.
  • Coordinate suitable commercial enquiries.
  • Maintain relevant transaction records.

Any permitted activity must be agreed in advance. Partner participation does not automatically authorise a shop to collect, receive, store, transport, dismantle, process or recycle regulated waste.

BUSINESS ENQUIRY

Apply for programme consideration

Tell us about the business, premises city, relevant experience and the commercial role of interest. The initial form does not request identity documents; any later verification steps will be discussed through an appropriate process.

Every opportunity is reviewed individually. Sharing an enquiry does not guarantee acceptance, purchase, pricing or a specific downstream outcome.
